1.How do I send you an assignment?

You can send us your assignment description through e-mail as an attachment or embedded text within the body of the mail.

2.How do I contact you?

Customers can communicate with us through any of the telephone numbers given in the link “Contact US” or by sending an e-mail to kallinkeel.consultancy@gmail.com and our representative will immediately get in touch with you. Additionally, you can also use our postal address for ‘snail-mailing’ us, if necessary.

3.What are your rates?

Once you explain your project to us through the “Get Estimate” link, we will evaluate the project and get back to you with a quote which will be very reasonable as per industrial norms. We will charge you on word /page count basis. Usually, 1 double spaced page contains approximately 250 words. We also consider the academic level and complexity of the projects while determining our prices.

4.Is there a minimum price for ordering?  

Yes. The minimum order should be 2 pages. Thus, if you want a one page paper, you will have to pay for 2 pages.

5.How do I pay you?

Currently we can accept payment through the following modes:
Paypal payment can be sent to the email: hkallinkeel@rediffmail.com
Western Union: Remittance can be made to the following address: Kallinkeel Consultancy Pvt Ltd., Room No.9 – 16, Kuttukkan Complex, Taliparamba-670 141 Kerala, (India).
Wire Transfer: Bank details will be intimated once we send you an estimate and get the deal finalized
We are also working on making arrangements to facilitate payments through credit cards.

6.Do you sign any services agreement or contract with your customers?   

For a one time assignment this doesn’t seem required. However, if the client is an individual or company that would like to have a long term association with us, we will be signing a standard agreement.

7.Do you provide translation or writing services in languages other than English?

No, at this stage we don’t provide writing or translation services in any other language.

8.Do you employ the writers/editors or are they freelancers?

We have a dedicated workstation for each employee with state of the art infrastructure. Once a writer or editor establishes trust with us, we do allow such a person to work from home. But he or she will have to visit our office frequently for discussions on projects, settling payments etc.

9.Do you have a system to train your writers and editors?

Yes, our writers and editors remain updated with the current trends in the industry. We also have necessary resources that our employees use to stay abreast of the developments in their respective areas.

10.I am a person who lives in a different country. How can I trust you; what is the guarantee that you will deliver the work once I pay up?

Unlike some writing service companies, we are very transparent about our company’s identify. You have our complete address and contact details to track us. Also, we are incorporated under the Company’s Act of India and we owe responsibility to our government for fair business practices. Besides, we understand and fully appreciate our primary responsibility to customers who are our source of business and growth. So you will definitely get what you pay for.
